Ski areas
Our Pension Rosenhügel is centrally located so that you can easily reach all Stubai ski areas by bus or car:
- Stubaier Gletscher - the kingdom of snow with 110 kilometres of pistes
- Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes, with rustic huts and family-friendly slopes
- Elferlifte Neustift the skiing, tobogganing and paragliding paradise
- Serlesbahnen Mieders - Wonderful winter hiking trails and pistes for beginners and experts
Rodeln
There are ten (partially) floodlit toboggan runs in the Stubai Valley, which have been awarded the Tyrolean natural toboggan run seal of approval and have a total length of over 41 km.
One of the longest toboggan runs in Tyrol - the 6 km long toboggan run from the Elfer to the village centre of Neustift - is only about 5 km away from our guesthouse.
Cross-country skiing
The cross-country ski trail network in the Stubai Valley is perfectly groomed. Whether beginner or professional, classic or skating - the network of trails offers around 40 kilometres of trails at all levels of difficulty, both in the valley and at over 2600 m above sea level.
Winter hiking
Experience the tranquillity of winter, forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life with every step you take and experience nature with all your senses - you can do this in the Stubai Valley on over 80 km of cleared and marked winter hiking trails or in secluded places that can only be reached with snowshoes in winter.
